We are here to help you succeed. From application to graduation, we will work with you as advocates and guides throughout your fully online academic experience at UOnline.

How We Can Help
We know it can be tough to feel connected as an online student – to the institution, your program, faculty, classmates, and at times, coursework. That’s where a UOnline Success Coach comes in. We are here as your main point of contact at the university from interest through graduation. If you have a question and aren’t sure where to start, we’ll get you the answer or connect you with the appropriate resource.
Our coaches work with you to ensure your success in conjunction with your academic advisor. Your advisor will be the best resource for any questions related to academics, but we can assist with defining your educational and career goals and co-creating strategies to keep you on track in achieving those goals. We will be there as an added measure of support to collaborate on:
- Strengthening time-management skills.
- Reducing procrastination and improving prioritization.
- Finding a work-school-home balance and improving stress management.
- Developing plans that align with your career goals.
- Identifying and leveraging UOnline resources.
- Creating strategies to keep you on track to graduate.
